Booking Terms


All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.


Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.


The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.


We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.


Meal will provide INDONESIAN FOOD or CHINESE FOOD at Local Restaurant, Drink will arrange with mineral water, tea or any soft drink subject to availablity on the restaurant. others meal inquiry we unable to arrange or should be your own and not change not refund the cost not conpensation for any meal coupon on the package price 


By making a reservation with, you will have agreed to accept the Terms & Conditions. Please read it carefully before you make a booking as they
incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by and it is important to you. Please note all the bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Deposit & Payment :

All payment is online by credit card and or a non refundable is required at the time of booking when you select the tour and book with your travel agent and a completed booking form should accompany your deposit. Balance of payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to date of departure. Price shown are for payment by cash. An additional surcharge will be applied to the dollar amount paid by credit card or charge card. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without receiving full payment on due day and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges.

Travel Documents:

A passport with minimum of 6 months validity is required for passengers travelling to all countries in our program. We will assist to apply tourist visa upon request and we can not guarantee that any visa will be issued by the relevant authority and accepts no responsibility if a visa application is refused. All travel documents are is your own

Cancellation Policy :

All Cancellation must be made in Writing to and will be subject to the
following cancellation charges from the date the written notice is received.
More than 60 days prior to departure, loss of deposit.

120-90 days prior to departure: forfeit 25% of total tour cost.
90-70 days prior to departure, forfeit 50% of total tour cost.
70-60 days prior to departure, forfeit 80% of total tour cost.
60 days prior to departure, forfeit 100% total tour cost.

Amendment fee of $50 per transaction may apply if you want to alter or amend any confirmed
bookings. The airline penalties may also apply. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour and full amount of deposit and other payment will be refunded to you.

Baggage Allowance:

The free checked baggage allowance for economy class passengers is 15 KG per person in
accordance with international airline regulations. For travel by small aircraft sometimes is limited, please check with your airline company regarding this matter, excess baggage charges are at own cost of each and every passenger.

Travel Insurance:

There is no insurance coverage for all our services. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking.

Health Requirements & Immigration

We accept no responsibility for any disease or infection which you may become infected as a
result of your tour. Please check with your doctor for the vaccination if required. You must report any disability at the time of booking so we will assist the special needs of less mobile travelers but is not responsible in the event if unable to do so. We regret we can 't provide individual assistance during the tour, a qualified companion must accompany with travelers who need such assistance. Passengers should familiar with any visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas they intend visiting. Neither nor your travel agent accept no responsibility for passport and visa requirements and clients should be responsible for all entries. Exits, health and other documents required by laws.

Consumer Claims:

We are doing everything possible to make your trip with us a Perfect one. Should you not be satisfied at any time, you hereby agrees to inform our local guide or other service provider on the spot immediately so that they can promptly resolved the problem. If you still not be satisfied with the results and wish to make a claim, your claim should be made in writing with supporting Documents and relevant receipts within 07 days of your return otherwise We will not be liable for any claims.


The accommodation with the tours is based on lower room category twin share , the single Supplement will be charged if clients traveling alone. will try to organize to share the twin room with another person of the same gender and have the single supplement waived (for group tours only). It is common practice for some of hotels to supply triple accommodation on the basis of a twin or double bed room with an extra roll away or single bed instead of triple bed room. We offer special discount for triple reduction, Particular room requests such
as conjunction, king-size, non smoking rooms can be made but can not be guaranteed.

Agent Responsibility:

It is the travel agent’s responsibility to ensure all the documents such as invoice, itinerary details, that issued by TRULY ASIA DMC are correct and that clients are aware of all the details of cancellation and amendment conditions

Limitation Of Responsibility:

TRULY ASIA DMC is responsible to you in making arrangement for the tour services including transportation, sightseeing ,meals and accommodations. We do not accept liability in
contract for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force or other events which are beyond our control. All bookings made for clients are made on the client’s behalf with service provider authorized by the tourism authority of that country.
