We did most of our Bali wreck diving with Ricardo at Ocean Sun we stayed at his little Bali resort that offers Cheap rooms right at his PADI Dive Center, he had easily the best prices for Bali cheapest Diving. I allways had to laugh when I saw the poor people driving up from Kuta or Sanuar Beach paying 3 times as much and arriving in a huge crowd as I was enjoying a nice breakfast having all ready done 2 dives with few if any divers in the water with us.
When looking for cheap scuba diving in Bali you understand why the place has such a fantastic reputation with scuba divers as soon as you hit the sparkling clear waters the black sand makes all the colors jump out and highlights all of the wildlife of which there are hundreds of species ranging from the slug like nudibranchs to the mysterious 3 meter long visitors from the deep, the Mola Mola. Bali scuba diving while not as highly rated as other parts of the 18,000 island diving Mecca of Indonesia,Komodo Liveaboards or Bauken does have some excellent reefs of its own and has one of the best Asia scuba diving wrecks the LibertyWreck in Tulamben on Bali’s North side. This Bali dive wreck sits under the majestic volcanic mountain Agung framed by plumeria and other beautiful tropical plants makes for a memorable view below the water and above.
